When you contact us, one of our team members will ask questions about when the fire occurred, how much of the house is damaged, and what kind of it was (cooking, candles, etc.) Your answers tell us what kind of equipment to bring, and which technicians to bring along.

We have different kinds of expertise; we need to ensure we bring everyone we need.

We arrive at your home as quickly as possible, given these limitations:

• Time to gather necessary equipment and load the truck
• Need to travel to your home at a human speed
